Key Responsibilities:
Admit and accompany patients to their designated room and bed explain the hospital’s policies & protocols briefly and give instructions about the ward facilities.
Prepare admission documentation. Give patient and their family’s discharge health teaching, counter check home medication and instruct patient, Participating in Nursing in service and lecture to update professional development.
Prepare pre operative patients check list, Give pre operative teachings and instruction.
