Objective

Assembles equipment, such as tourniquet, needles, and disposable containers for needles, blood collection devices, gauze, cotton, and alcohol on work tray, according to requirements for specified tests or procedures.

Must be familiar with and sensitive to HIPAA privacy laws

Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.

Good organizational skills.

CRT/Computer familiarity.

Ability to work under stressful conditions and in difficult situations.

Ability to work rotating shifts and day of the week, including holidays.
