My goal is to become an experienced developer and learn as much as I can. It’s exciting and I am currently working on my website and a few apps. Troubleshot and resolved various tech issues for customers and other employees. I provided support for different browsers, PC/Mac related, all areas of the companies several websites, any mobile and tablet issues, Bio-photonic scanners, and most of their product line. I documented progress and lifecycle of all tickets we received and escalated known bugs to the Dev team for fixing.

Other duties included social media moderation and Q&A (testing, documenting issues, preparing tutorials and training customers on new features for our different Mobile/Web apps and software.) Other common work included handling shipping issues, refunds and answering various other questions customers had.

I picked up tickets in queue and resolved or rerouted them to the proper on-site/local techs across the globe. Called in field technicians and described the issue so they could deal with any physical damage to servers. Corresponded via email with hundreds of different Techs on any type of server/network issue.
