Management of the IMA ACO. Responsible for the education and quality assurance of the Medicare ACO Preventive Measures for sixteen physicians and their staffs. Obtained

Responsible for all aspects of operation and patient care management. Tripled patient census from 50 patients to 150 patients in less than a year. Increased revenues to over ten million dollars. Initial responsibility as the Director of Nursing for the establishment of a local branch of NMC Homecare in Las Vegas. This included building set up, equipment and supply purchase, sales, hiring, management of a team of critical care nurses who specialized in Intravenous and Nutritional Therapies. I was promoted to General Manager. Successfully grew the branch to include Infusion Suites as well as an office in Reno and Pharmaceutical shipping to Idaho, Utah and all locations in Nevada.
