Financial files: Preparation of Monthly APAC financial files and distributing to various controllers for analysis purpose
MoM variance: Preparation of HRT (Hard revenue transfer) Month on Month variance file and seeking commentary for variance from cost center owners and saving down the commentary received.
FX Sell down: Preparation of FX sell down workings and sending payment instructions to cash management team to sell the currencies which are in profitable position and to buy currencies which are in loss position.
HCT Journals: Preparation and posting of HCT (Hard cost transfer) journals to establish intercompany cross charge on cost plus basis and ensuring settlement is taken place in the succeeding month.
Dividending Check: Ensuring that dividending check has been done correctly
Validation Rules: Monitoring validation breaks which will affect the correctness of the Ledgers and posting the adjustments as per reporting requirement.

Cost center sign off: Substantiating the balances of cost centers owned during month end reconciliation process by monitoring the transactions posted to those centers and by obtaining supporting evidences.
Ad-hoc Journals and MIS reports: Preparation of ad-hoc journals on request of client and also preparation of various management reports
Profit remittance journal. Once the profit is finalized for the month, prepare profit remittance journal to remit the profit to head office and in case of loss post journals to get loss reimbursement from head office.
SOP: Preparation of SOP’s for new tasks and updating of old SOP’s whenever there is a change in the procedure to perform a task.
