JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Total patient care, Ward Management, Admission and discharge of the patient. Receiving and transfer of patients.
Taking and giving over of patients and equipment.
Providing Doctor’s round.
Supervise nursing aids and students in their work. Administration of medicines.
Collecting samples for various investigations (Blood, Urine, etc.) Blood sugar monitoring by glucometer
Vital Sing monitoring and recording. Insertion of peripheral line.
I.V. Therapy.
Care and assessment of the patient in ventilator. O2 therapy.
Nebulization
Ryle’s tube insertion
Flatus tube insertion
Foley’s catheterization
