Retail: Successfully deployed client’s PeopleSoft HCM to Oracle Cloud Fusion. Responsible for leading requirement workshops, Command Center check point meetings and identifying impediments impacting planned tasks. Developed and managed mock, go live, resource, and contingency plans. Worked closely with PMO to gain executive buy-in for all plans and other key project deliverables. Led discussions with 3rd-party implementation partner, business and technology leadership to drive project outcomes. Responsible for all go live deployment communications, both written and verbal across the project team and key stakeholders. Managed organizational Change Advisory Board migrations and “gold source code”. Established a Command Center environment to execute planned tasks for two mock cutovers and go live.
