Responsible for leading requirement workshops, Command Center check point meetings and identifying impediments impacting planned tasks. Developed and managed mock, go live, resource, and contingency plans. Worked closely with PMO to gain executive buy-in for all plans and other key project deliverables. Led discussions with 3rd-party implementation partner, business and technology leadership to drive project outcomes.
