Retail: Successfully deployed client’s PeopleSoft HCM to Oracle Cloud Fusion. Responsible for leading requirement workshops, Command Center check point meetings and identifying impediments impacting planned tasks. Developed and managed mock, go live, resource, and contingency plans. Worked closely with PMO to gain executive buy-in for all plans and other key project deliverables.
