Constructed Residential Buildings, Office Buildings, and Roads, which including preparation of Plan, Estimates and Design aspects, Material Procurement, Certification of jobs etc.

Role and Responsibilities at M/S Sri Avinashilingam Water and

Energy Institute:

Construction and maintenance of Industrial Buildings, Workshops, College Buildings, Hostels and Teaching of Low cost and High Class Building Technology, Gardening, Agricultural-land development using drip and Sprinkler Irrigation, Water Harvesting ecology, Energy Saving Technology which includes Cost Estimation, Plans, Design aspects etc.

Role and Responsibilities at M/S Sam Turbo Industries Ltd:

Construction and maintenance of 50 MT/Day capacity paper mill plant, including ancillary building, Pulp Mill, 10T capacity Boiler Building, Admin Block, General and Stores, Chemical Workshop, Raw Material Go downs and effluent Water Treatment Plant like Aeration Tank, Clarified Tank, Collection Tank, Drying Beds, Sludge Tanks including operation erection. Inspecting of all M/C and factory side gardening and agri-land.

Development about 200 acres and river intake works, Pipe line laying and also including installation and testing operation.

Roads about 10kms which includes preparation of plan, estimate design aspect, material procurement, certification of jobs etc. and all liaison works.

Role and Responsibilities at M/S Hindustan Pencils Ltd:

Completely responsible for construction of various building, within the stipulated time.

Responsible road development, landscaping and all other developmental works.

Working as liaison between management and various government agencies for getting license.

Working as safety co-coordinator and responsible implementation safety requirements in the organization.

Role and Responsibilities at M/S Mashhoor trading and contracting:

Constructed sports complex and accommodation unit project at Royal Air Force of Oman.

Constructed accommodation unit, mess, clinic and mosque building at Royal navy force of Oman.

Constructed officer accommodation 3 storied 3 building, canteen and including of chiller compound at ministry of defence.

Construction of Temp.Accommodation for 40 Th National day celebrations at Ministry of interior.

Execution of constructional activity as per drawing and standard of Ministry of defence and B.S code.

Constructed 121 Apartment accommodation unit & multilevel car parking project of The Wave Muscat. At Muscat.

Execution of constructional activity as per drawing and standard of Atkins and Parsons Consultant specification.

Taking care of safety measures to secure safe execution of the project.

Taking care of quality, cost and labour management of the project.

Maintaining cordial relationship with client (The wave Muscat) and consultant (Atkins and Parsons) for smooth execution of the project.

Role and Responsibilities at M/S Dubros Property Developers (P) Ltd:

Construction of 24 Apartment accommodation unit project of At Tirupur.

Execution of constructional activity as per drawing and standard and specification.

Maintaining cordial relationship with client and consultant for smooth execution of the project.

Achievements:

Successful completion of 12crored Indian Rupees in M/S Dubros Property P Ltd at Tirupur.

Successful completion of 13.20 million Omani riyal projects in M/S Al Turki Enterprises LLC at Muscat.

Successful completion of 8.75 million Omani riyal projects in M/S Mashhoor trading and contracting at Muscat.

Implementation of 30crores (civil work cost only) projects in the group of M/S Hindustan Pencils Ltd. starting from foundation to successful completion of the project.

Successful completion of 15crores (civil work cost only) projects in M/S Sam Turbo Industries Ltd.

Successful completion of 12crores (civil work cost only) projects in M/S Sri Avinashilingam Water and Energy Institute.
