Project Title: Monitoring of plants using moisture sensor

Description :

This project is used to monitor the condition of our plants and to check their humidity using soil moisture sensor and to get the analog value from the soil to our raspberry pi microcomputer and thus if the moisture content is low then the plant will be watered by the help of the water pump motor.

1.LCD for checking the status of plant

2.Soil Moisture Sensor

4.MCP(3008)analog to digital converter

5.Two water pipes for connecting the plant

6.Water pump motor(dc 5v)

Software : Raspbian Jessie or Ubuntu (Linux OS)

Project Title : Wireless monitoring of industrial machine

Description :

This project deals to monitor the temperature of the industrial machines as we make use of temperature sensor which will be fixed to the machine to check the heating state of the machine and if the heating level rises then with the help of Zigbee module the data will be transferred and alarm will be indicated and machine gets off automatically.

Team size (4-5 members).

Responsibility :

1.To interface the seven segment LED.

2.To write the coding for the lcd for displaying the status of machine.

“Wireless Transmission and Reception of data using the Serial Communication Protocol (UART) with the help of Zigbee Module using Raspberry pi”.
