Led the transition and integration process from DRS to IAP quickly and seamlessly, without negatively impact the operation of the program.

Repair & Return Program Manager, Aviation & Logistics Line of Business
Leadership and management of a $108M direct commercial contracts providing Repair/Replace and Return support services to a foreign government. Overseeing all aspects of supplier’s selection and negotiations, customer support and interface, parts management, as well as business development.
Developed and implemented corrective plans of action to continuously reduce customer specified Turn Around Times and increase On Time Delivery rate.
