Order Capture Engine (OCE) is a Commercial and Service Order Management System developed at AT&T. In line with AT&T Digital 2020 vision, OCE is an automation platform to capture process and track online orders of various service types like U-Verse, DTV and Wireless products.
OCE is as a Common Cart for orders of CSR, Retail, SME and Consumer, users of AT&T services and used by AT&T Agents & Back office managers. System has daily volume of 25,000 Orders. The web portal is very critical part of the whole enterprise application. It facilities functionalities such as Authentication, Search, Submit Order, Escalations, Reports, Work catalog etc.
Responsibilities:
Planned and currently managing multimillion-dollar project, aligning business goals with technology solutions to drive process improvements, competitive advantage and bottom-line gains. Facilitating daily scrum meetings, sprint planning’s, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
Managing critical pre-production and post-production’s milestone for waterfall, Agile-Waterfall mix and pure Agile projects. Working closely with the product owner to produce artifacts such as Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, and Burn down reports.

The various applications, included in scope of testing of SE-ENCORE are LENS, LOTT, LNPGW, LASR, LNP Desktop, LESOG, LAUTO, ESI, DDC, PRE and SGG.
