•Both substitutes and volunteers

Other deliverables included:

•Writing curriculum and teaching drama, theology, movement, and music to K-6 including special needs students

•Orchestrating weekly theme nights for 600+ children

•Organizing and leading Vacation Bible School

•Administering the website, creating videos, graphics, and promotional materials

Most important among my achievements was the creation of a special needs program for children and adults that provided a safe environment where they enjoyed classroom education, art, puppetry, and film. I grew the program from a single church to a community wide initiative that included partnership with Chick-fil-a.

I managed a dynamic team of pastors and ministry assistants whose membership varied each month with the purpose of developing:

I engineered the weekly podcast requiring audio editing, graphic design, web design, UX, coding, Protools, and the Adobe Creative Suite.

•Coordinating information for North American disaster relief including Hurricanes Ike, Bill, Ida, Fred, various wild fires, floods, etc.
