Vault Dual Key Custodian, Deliverables Management (Invloves Custody and delivery of welcome kits, debit cards, pin mailer, cheque Books etc).

Monitoring of Suspense Accounts, Office accounts, all cash teller in cash opening\ closure, parking and offloading of cash to ICMC.

Supervising operations for rendering and achieving quality services, providing first line customer support by answering queries & resolving their issues, ensuring minimum TAT.
