Supply Chain Manager

Hired into newly-created position to institute formal supply chain methodologies for New Product Introduction (NPI) and development. Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain, managed and mentored team of 6. Sourced over $15M in annual raw material spend for new programs. Worked jointly with Program team and customers to ensure on-time, on-target program launches. Led S&OP meetings for new customers.

Oversaw a broad range of supply chain activities for all new medical device launches, including: customer order management; inventory control; warehouse management; inbound and outbound freight; production planning and scheduling; and raw material sourcing.
