A LITTLE ABOUT ME

My name is Mala Fuller, and my husband and I were extremely fortunate to be selected and approved for the USA Diversity Visa Program, otherwise known as the Green Card Lottery! My dream has been to move to the USA since I was a child and this lottery has now afforded us the opportunity to follow these dreams.

SAP SUCCESSFACTORS EXPERIENCE

I have been using the SAP SuccessFactors (SF) Recruitment (RCM) and Recruitment Marketing (RMK) modules for 5+ years and during that time I have been an end user and RCM & RMK Consultant. I have experience with XML coding for RCM, implementation of new functionalities and have also redesigned the in-house system with consideration to system limitations which resulted in a solution that SAP have identified as leading practice and now use our environments as examples to other clients. Having 7 years’ experience as a recruiter with various applicant tracking systems (ATS) gives me a unique ability to understand the business & functional need of the system but also the technical competency to translate what is achievable into appropriate business speak.

I am proficient in the Microsoft 2016 suite and have varying levels of experience across each program within the intermediate to advanced. I have experience with Microsoft Project, basic training in SAP Cloud Integration Platform (SCPI), PageUp, Big Red Sky and other purpose-built applications. I have no issues with learning new systems and become proficient very quickly.

RELOCATION

My husband and I, along with our 2 dogs will be looking to move to the USA from mid-July onwards as I have current Government legislated projects due for go-live on 2nd July and have committed to seeing this piece of work through before leaving. Ideally, I will need to provide 4 weeks’ notice and have 2 weeks’ in which to move so would be looking to start 6 weeks’ after accepting an offer.

INTERVIEWS & REFERENCES

I am happy to complete interviews via Skype or Skype for Business either at work as my management are aware and supportive of my move, or after hours as required. I’m also open, along with my husband, to flying out to any relevant USA office to meet with respective management once the recruitment process has progressed, I just ask that we are given at least 1 week notice to organise leave from work.

I am one of two in-house SAP SuccessFactors Consultants specializing in Recruiting Management (RCM), Recruitment Marketing (RMK), Onboarding (ONB) and as required Employee Central (EC), Performance & Goals (PMGM), Succession & Reporting. I hold SAP Certifications in both RCM & RMK.

Responsibilities:

oImplementation, reimplementation and all on-going changes to the RCM, RMK & ONB modules

oAssist in the review, testing and implementation of system upgrades (including quarterly releases)

oPost environment refresh testing and management

oAssist in analyzing, designing and implementing system solutions in support of organizational and business requirements

My tenure has allowed me the ability to successfully run several implementations and projects within the SAP SuccessFactors environment. I am able to effectively communicate with both business users and technical specialists to gain appropriate requirements and am skilled at creating business requirement documents. In instances where I also act as the SME. I am proficient in creating test scripts for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) along with appropriate acceptance criteria and completing the required UAT.

I have had a multitude of responsibilities over the past 5+ years which have included training ICT support teams for SAP SuccessFactors, investigation and resolution of all tickets or liaising with SAP partners prior to December 2016 when we gained in-house support, reporting creation & reporting tile requests, management of permissions and all other queries and issues that arise.

I am a key knowledge expert as I have assisted from original RCM/RMK implementation in 2013 to all modules that have followed except for the EC implementation.

I was part of the original implementation and design of the RCM & RMK modules at Goodstart. From initial implementation through to UAT, go-live, post-go live support and review all fell to me to update and maintain the environment as I deemed fit.
