Processer for conventional conforming and non-conforming loans, underwriting authority for 1A loans (wage income, conv loans), processing authority to 4A loans (complex income analysis and tax returns). Requisitioned documentation from BRR and third-party vendors such as title, appraisal, VOE/VOM, payoffs, income/asset and credit docs. Evaluate and ensure loan documents are accurate, complete and compliant, review financial statements, credit reports, ratios and supporting documents to determine BRRs ability to re-pay and if loan meets guidelines. Update loan origination system, assemble and submit to Underwriting, clear prior to fund conditions and pass to closing.

Initially hired as a contract employee in the closing department, I was hired by Wells Fargo as a permanent employee two months later in the processing department. Managed a full pipeline as a Processor while 'moonlighting' as a Closer at months end. Achieved production bonus every month bonus it was offered.
