Collaborated with HR users and external vendor. Project including both hardware and software components. Budget $500,000. Developed user requirements, functional and design specifications, as well as system documentation to comply with GMP and SOX regulations. Issued Project Change Control documents and got approvals from major stakeholders up to GM and VP levels. Developed IQ (Installation Qualification), OQ (Operation Qualification) and PQ (Performance Qualification) documentation.
Executed enterprise asset management software for the manufacturing facility with over 17,000 assets. Project team including, infor consultants and engineering department; project valued $700,000.
Implemented MFG/PRO (QAD) to replace an old ERP System in two manufacturing facilities in Laval, Quebec. Led transition of all aspect of the facility operations to the new ERP system.
Implemented Kronos Time and Attendance System at multiple facilities including Manufacturing site with over 600 employees and Clinical Research facility with over 100 employees.
