Hospital and medical facilities:

■ Princeton Hospital – Princeton, NJ $95 mil. Project Manager in charge of pre-construction and structural operations for this Hospital project. 320 bed teaching hospital with all additional off-site facilities. I was responsible for; 1/ pre-construction phase which included management of design, approval process with governmental officials, constructability review, tendering, selection and approval of contractors, scope of work negotiation, pre- construction phase; management of contractors, sub-contractors and direct suppliers, resolving of the constructability issues, overseeing submittal process, provided guidance to the structural contractors, coordinated installation of owner provided equipment,

■ Dr. Jurasz Teaching Hospital – EU $420 mil Project Director in charge of GC functions for this 510,000 sq. ft. project. Scope of work included GC functions for the construction of 5-story new wing connected to the existing hospital. New building included classrooms, laboratories and kitchen facility for the students and teaching staff. Very extensive site work with new utilities.

■ Additional new construction/renovation work on Hospital projects in Middle East, Europe and US.

Forrest Hills, Queens, NY

Project Executive in charge of the 475,000 sq. ft educational project consisting Junior and High School build in

Queens, NY. This project includes mid-rise buildings and facilities accommodating over 1,800 students. Scope includes new

Buildings, (2 towers), with extensive finishes including full size theater, 2 gymnasiums, full commercial kitchen etc. Site work

Included new underground utilities with special retention system, 72” piping, baseball stadium, recreational facility,

supplementary power connections, utility vaults etc.

Project Executive in charge for $300 million of the various projects through the New York City School district.

COO/Project Executive in charge of this 1, 430,000 square foot project. Scope of work included GC functions for 3 multistory buildings with classrooms, laboratories, and study / library rooms, dormitory High Rise and Mid-Rise buildings, garages, parking lots etc. Mechanical Designer for design – built new mechanical, (power, heat, HW, pumping station), facility and infrastructure for multiphase expansion.

Residential and multifamily:

■ New York City $ 320 mil.

Project Executive for the construction of mixed use high-rise buildings in NYC. Residential tower buildings complete construction with one of the buildings having grammar school at the first two floors.

■ New York City $ 240 mil

Director of Construction for multiple high-rise and mid-rise multi-family residential buildings grounds-up.

■ New York City $ 190 mil

Executive on construction of Trump Soho Hotel.

Project Manager in charge of this design-build, project included conversion of a eight-story mid-rise building into 165 condo units and new construction of four multi-story condo buildings consisting of 100 units. This project required very extensive excavating work with emphasis on the new utilities and parking lots for over 300 cars.

Belleville, New Jersey

Senior Project Manager in charge of this renovation and new construction project of township office and Police HQ.

Project Executive / Design Engineer in charge of GC functions for this refurbish / renovation project including communication center, offices, garages etc.

Additional work on the complex construction issues for the State of NJ Department of Community Affairs and DOT program value at $ 1,8 billion.

Sport complexes:

■ Ocean Breeze Athletic Facility $280 mil

Staten Island, NY

V-President in charge of an Athletic facility approved for use by Olympic Committee and NCAA. This project was very challenging due to many design changes and unexpected two Hurricanes. Scope consisted of new building with innovative movable running track, gymnasiums, extensive site work with over 300 deep piles and 65 micro piles, detention tanks, underground utilities, roads and very extensive renovation, with new intersections and signalization, of the major SI road.

■ Enos Jones Park $25 mil

Jersey City, New Jersey

Senior Project Manager in charge of a new recreational park including baseball field, hockey rink, basketball courts, and volleyball court.

■ Polonia Sport Complex $350 mil

EU

COO/Project Executive in charge of Project Management-Owner Representation of this project consisting of a new ice hockey rink with hotel, swimming pool, gymnasium for the martial arts, tennis courts as well as renovations of a soccer fields and speedway track. Work included development of the Project Plan, schedule, budget, phasing and logistics studies, value engineering and construction phase.

Commercial and office projects:

Renovation of the ferry terminal with replacement of all bridges approaches and connecting work.

Project Manager in charge of this industrial project consisting a new addition with parking facility and underground
