Position Summary

Provide leadership for inventory activities, including physical inventory, standards setting and variance reporting and analysis. Also should maintains and improves the integrity of the inventory processes and systems.

The Store Manager proactively monitors key indicators, communicates and resolves problems preventing significant negative financial surprises.

The Store Manager Coaches all warehouse associates and encourages a culture of ownership and accountability.

The Store Manager Leads projects as needed to improve inventory processes and ensures up-to-date account reconciliations.

Activities :

1.Complete operating system analysis, verify adjust stock using by company software.

2.Develop a flexible annual work plan using an appropriate risk based methodology, including any risks or control concepts identified by management, which is related and required and suitable for organization.

3.Weekly reports review of negative inventory counts. Item in stock without sale and item markdown, logs daily theft items and items left on the lost and stolen log if stock status adjustment has not been done and coded as theft.

4.Research and record all department rings. Cost adjustment memos on program.

5.Communicate the results of engagements prompt and to the appropriate individuals

6.Managerial and operating information is accurate, reliable, and timely.

7.Have and maintain a professional audit staff with sufficient knowledge, skills, experience, and professional certifications to meet the requirement of the charter internal auditing act.

Job Description: Store & Procurement Manager (Oil field materials and restaurants camps in dessert)(Daam Co. For Oil field Services))

Improve and Develop Warehouse flow of work (Storage, organizing, receipt, dispatch, etc…).

Manage the delivery of items (from and to) the warehouse . .(Materials environment in warehousing for oil industry).

Supervise the evaluation and management of varieties, and follow the movement of items used in the technical work of welding and other varieties or safety.

Preparation of periodic progress reports relating to all storage activities.

Control and monitoring of all transactions.

- Oversee the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods.

- Plan the arrangement of goods within the warehouse and organize special requirements for certain stock.

- Ensure productivity targets are met .

- Manage teams of workers and deal with personnel issues such as the recruitment, training and discipline of staff. also oversee packing and distribution activity.

- Training staff and monitoring their performance and progress.

- Overseeing stock control and processing orders.

- Ensuring quality, delivery are met.
