Roles and Responsibilities
Operations & Maintenance of Utilities.
Hands on experience with static and rotating equipment such as like Air Compressors, Water cooled Chiller, Cooling towers, Air cooling System, Transformer, DG sets, Induction Motors, Boilers, Servo Motor, Blowers, Heat Exchanger, Agitators, Pneumatic & hydraulic system, Fire protection System, etc.
Responsible in checking the specification and capacity of the machine and decide to which machine is required to be imported from suppliers.
Supervision for the mechanical section of the maintenance department.
Maintaining compliance of PTW system and breakdown analysis (by using following tools 5W+1H, Why Why Analysis, 4M) and identification of root cause.
Maintaining CLIT and PM Schedule.
Monitoring of manufacturing processes and trouble shooting in coordinate with other departments and improve efficiency.
Shift handling fully automatic manufacturing unit with capacity of 45 Man power per shift.
Driving SHE initiatives at shop floor. Shift handling of fully automatic manufacturing unit with capacity of 230 T/Day.
Monitoring manufacturing processes & troubleshooting in coordination with other departments and improving efficiency.
