1. 25 years plus of commercial and residential construction experience 2. Lead and supervisory positions as follows:

A. Schools, shopping centers, high risers, hospitals,restaurants,high end restaurants B. Built from the ground up

3. OSHA certified

4. Safety certified

5. Fire alarm systems

6. Blueprint proficient

A. Knowledge of all MEP's

B. MEA

C. Ability to visualize all aspects of job before implementation D. NEC and building code up to date

7. Procore proficient

8. Able to manage and multi task multiply crews and subs for a more cost efficient job A. RFI's, change orders, schedules two week look ahead 9. Knowledge of all phases of construction and how they interact so to not pose problems later Language skills:

A. Fluent in English and Spanish

10. Ex -military, Eagle scout with clear leadership ability and articulate, clean cut A. Years of experience interacting with crews, AOR,EOR, and clients and owners B. Weekly safety meetings
