Position: Project Manager
Being Project Manager is to lead all phases of project life-cycle including planning, implementation and closure in accordance with strict deadlines and within budget. This includes coordinating resources (IT and business) and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. Specific duties and responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
Establish, maintain with relevant project processes, project governance, templates, artifacts and tools that are based on industry best practices
Provide Executive Views of the Projects Portfolio on a weekly basis
Create and maintain overall resource plans and schedules and project portfolios
Establish, create and maintain list of outstanding projects. Organize and prioritize the projects based on input from PMO office.
Define project scope, goals, timelines and deliverables that support and align with business goals and objectives in consultation with senior management and stakeholders
Assess and manage projects budget with alignment to business goals and objectives
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
