Accountable for results with 99.5% on time delivery and 25% year over year cost savings through fact-based negotiation, process standardization and cross-functional engagement. Led a team of 8 logistics professionals managing over $25 M of warehouse and freight spend.

Created monthly warehouse loading schedule and in liaison with consolidation warehouse of 185,000 square feet, managed the daily operation of containers and trucks (dry, chill & reefers), air, small package shipments resulting in 100% on time warehouse loading.
