Review drawings for accuracy, any possible conflicts with local building codes and feasibility with conditions on the job site. Coordinate any changes with supervisor and architect.

Material take off and ordering.

Collect and organize all documents to obtain permits. Coordinate any utility needs for the job site (ie temporary power, water, erosion control.)

Walk job site daily to ensure enough materials and consumables to efficiently perform work are available and anticipate what will need to be ordered. Ensure job site is clean, and all safety measures are being adhered too, and all safety devices on tools are not disabled.

Perform all carpentry work required, including framing, door and window install, custom millwork, build and install cabinetry

Coordinate and schedule all subcontractors, ensuring that the trades are scheduled in such a way that they can complete work with out interference from another.

Monitor subcontractors to ensure quality and safety standards are being met and all current building codes are being followed.

Collect all documentation for submission of draws.

Anticipate and take action to deal with delays, bad weather or emergencies.

Schedule all inspections.

Complete quick and thorough punch out.
