Coordinate and schedule all subcontractors, ensuring that the trades are scheduled in such a way that they can complete work with out interference from another.
Monitor subcontractors to ensure quality and safety standards are being met and all current building codes are being followed.
Collect all documentation for submission of draws.
Anticipate and take action to deal with delays, bad weather or emergencies.
Schedule all inspections.
Complete quick and thorough punch out.
