My background includes serving as the Administrative Assistant/Executive Assistant and HR/Recruiter for Northeimer, Caresense, as well as Fromm Electric Supply, where my responsibilities included recruiting (this required driving to sites, job fairs, posting to web based sites and other forms of marketing), running background checks and hiring new employees. I was also responsible for the on-boarding/training of new employees, performing monthly evaluations and uploading data into ADP.
For staff meetings, I drafted the agendas and kept the minutes. I also created training plans for new-hires. Some of my other duties included: keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies as necessary, entering time sheets into our system to ensure employees receive pay, performing monthly bill audits, event planning and answering employee inquires. I also worked for Northiemer Engineering where I served as the HR manager and Customer service where I entered orders on daily bases and answered to all customer inquires including prepping quotations for different products.
Previously, I worked at the European Medical Massage and Spa as a Massage Therapist. When I was not giving medical massages, I answered high-volume customer-support calls relating to scheduling, billing, insurance coverage, gift certificates and more.
In these positions, I demonstrated the ability to resolve a variety of issues and complaints (such as billing disputes, service interruptions or equipment malfunctions). I consistently met my goals, while delivering customer satisfaction. In addition to this, I gained considerable skills and experience working as member of a team. I also bring to the table strong computer proficiencies in MS Word, MS Excel, Access, Outlook and HR software. I am bilingual, I have a good work ethic and enjoy helping others.
