12/14 – 6/16 Senior Technical Recruiter – USfalcon Morrisville, NC

USfalcon provides integrated technology solutions to U.S. government clients world-wide in the National Defense, National Security and National Intelligence markets. I recruited talent in a variety of different areas and disciplines including TS, TS/SCI, and full scope poly. The majority was within DoD Aerospace, IT Mission Support, Engineering, and Information Technology for government and military installations.

Primary Recruiter for the most difficult and high priority recruiting assignments within USfalcon which included the USAF Tanker KC-46 program.

STERIS is a global $2.6B Medical Technologies company. I was contracted as the primary recruiter for the most urgent recruiting assignments at four STERIS locations; Corporate Headquarters, Mentor Manufacturing Center, Pinecone Microbiological Facility, and Hopkins Manufacturing Center.

Source talent for priority recruiting assignments while working directly with more than twenty separate Directors and Managers of various groups within STERIS. Assigned requisitions included middle to senior level positions in Engineering, Manufacturing, Production Supervision, Quality Assurance, and Purchasing.

Locate potential talent utilizing various online resources, job board postings, LinkedIn, and direct recruitment from corporations in the Medical Device and Pharmaceutical industries.

Conduct initial interviews and present candidate’s qualifications with recommendations to the respective Director or Manager. Coordinate the scheduling of all subsequent interviews with appropriate management involved, this included as many as six separate managers located at multiple facilities.

Successfully identified three to five qualified candidates for all assigned requisitions. Operate a full cycle recruitment desk specializing in Modeling, Simulation and Training (MS & T), Serious Games, Social / Entertainment Games. My primary focus is on middle to senior level Software Engineers, Web Developers, 3D Designers, and Managerial talent for technology companies.
