In ** plus years in the construction and maintenance arena, I have served as an Assistant Project Manager, Construction Manager and Project Superintendent Operations manager managing multimillion-dollar projects and facilities for private industries, DOD and DOE contracts and projects. Working with various people as a team we were able to negotiate, solve problems and develop a path forward to meet our customers goals and expectations.

Work History

July 2013 to November 2017: National Security Technology: Served as a Project Superintendent for construction and maintenance for all facilities at the Nevada Test Site. New, modifications and additions to various facilities, working with all craft to accomplish all task specified by drawings, specifications, and project job plans. Using Maximo and other systems manage material takeoffs, purchasing documents and warehouse management.

March 2011 to July 2013: National Security Technology: Served as a Sr. Planner developing work packages for all craft to install, repair, modify and maintain various building systems for operations. Doing walk downs with our customers to meet their expectations.

Experience

I work as a Project Superintendent for the Nevada Test Site, As a Superintendent; I am responsible for the overall project along with the safety, security and quality of the project.

Plan, evaluate and execute all requirements for various projects to include Money, Manpower, Materials and transportation for construction and maintenance.

Establish maintenance and preventative records for historical Data

Complies with all drawings and specification along with all company directives and policies, state and national codes.

Ensure and provide all required training for craft for their area of responsibilities

Prepare schedules and material needed for the project

Develop working assignments with craft and expectations to meet the schedule.

Responsible to maintain and control all aspects of the project material, documents and schedule.

Make sure all equipment is in working condition and maintain all documentation for history to include materials used.

Perform walk downs for project review for Engineering updates and configuration Management

Quality inspection of project installation and safety regulations.

I have served as a Supervisor, Superintendent and Manager for Construction projects for various disciplines and systems in various states and countries.

As a Sr. Nuclear Planner, I develop work packages for various crafts for systems to follow Engineering designs and specifications for construction and maintenance.

Responsible for individual safety ensuring that they have the correct PPE for the job, responsible and accountable for Environment, and Quality (ESH&Q) of personnel, facility and surrounding area and to comply with established ESH&Q regulations and procedures

Manage Sub Contractors for various projects and disciplines.

Perform Duties that will not cause damage, personnel and environmental hazards, safety is paramount.

Develop teams to meet expectations of the company and for our customer.

Identify all required training needs for our team to remain current needs of the company.
