Played a pivotal role in setting up of the Outpatient and Inpatient Pharmacy and Pharmacy stores and obtained DHA approval for the same.

Instrumental in driving operations of Out Patient & and In- Patient Pharmacy and Pharmacy stores, by leading a team of 15 members.

Devised & implemented guidelines for pharmacists, in In Patient and Out Patient Pharmacy, to ensure that they practice as per DHA regulations; liaised with MOH and DHA officials regarding safe practices

Involved from the beginning in stocking of drugs, as pharmacy formulary and also as buffer stock or as crash cart medicines across different hospital locations and in the stores.

Procured unregistered drugs for use of hospital, and also controlled and narcotic drugs with MOH approval

Created Departmental Manual incorporating policies on medication errors, adverse drug reactions & other important parameters such as lookalike, sound alike & high alert medications.

Created MMU policies for the hospital for JCI accreditation and led the pharmacy team for the first successful JCI accreditation of the hospital
