Metropolis, IL
American Electric and Power (AEP)
Site Supervisor for the reconstruction of two Rail Car Rotary Dumpers. This $10 million dollar project provided a challenge as I was assigned to this project halfway to completion. It was necessary to complete the remaining work with limited costs and on a tight schedule. Construction challenges included setting four trunnions, 30 ft below grade, within a tolerance of a 1/16th of an inch.
Montgomery, WV
Mammoth Coal
Site Supervisor on the construction of a $8 million dollar Clean Coal Conveyor System. Project included the construction of four transfer structures, a 12 ft wide tunnel that was approximately 200 yards long, and 600 feet of conveyor. Notable items include setting 4 - 80,000 lb Gallery Trusses on less than satisfactory site and weather conditions. Also, work included refurbishing 400 ft of old conveyor structure, which was performed mainly by subcontractors. Work was completed within schedule and under budget with no lost time incidents.
Flatwoods, WV

Millwright Foreman at a new $200 million dollar Strandboard Plant Facility. I was directly responsible for the log handling to flakers portion of the project. Work included the setting of log decks, de-barking equipment, and the installation of dryers within a 1mm tolerance. I managed a crew of 24 workers while on this project ensuring all safety and timelines were met and within budget. Also, I assisted engineering to ensure the correct layout of equipment.
