Maine Substation Program Manager for AVANGRID's Brightline BES (Bulk Energy Supply) Program. As Program Manager I worked with Avangrid's system planning to identify the project's objectives, scope, constraints and developed the project charter. Once complete I developed the project management plan that integrated engineering, environmental, permitting, procurement, regulatory approvals, risks, communications, resources & responsibilities, scheduling, construction and project controls, facilitated and coordinated the conceptual design to ensure that multi-discipline engineering and design activities were completed in accordance with the project scope, schedule and cost, facilitated and coordinated detailed design RFP, Major Equipment RFP's and regulatory approval for 21 substation assets across eastern Maine. Additionally, I performed the following tasks:

Program Manager (Western Region) for the New York Power Authority's Transmission Life Extension and Modernization (TLEM) Program. T-LEM is a multiyear program that upgrades the Authority's existing transmission system to maintain availability, increase reliability and ensure regulatory compliance. The Program includes upgrades, refurbishments, and replacements associated with switchyards and substations. I developed the project execution plan for the western region this included the procurement management, risk management, resource & responsibility, engineering, communications, change management, scheduling and project control plans. To execute this program, I developed a complex 10-year schedule to execute multiple engineering, equipment and construction contracts and activities, in addition I managed internal resource activities. While I was working with NYPA I was instrumental in the development of the project controls (earned value system and the cost loaded schedule) and document control for NYPA's $726M program.
