MIDR (Mortgage Insurance and Default Reporting) application is an enterprise wide solution that reports delinquent loans to the mortgage investors and insurers. This application supports loans serviced for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac as well as loans insured by VA and HUD. This application also has functionality to do scoring on the delinquent loans, with the help of Early Indicator. The reports on the delinquent loans are generated and are sent to the respective Mortgage Agencies. It has some features like tracking duplicate loans, error reporting, error correction, Quality check and exception loan reporting. This is well secured by Micro soft AD server.
