I have completed my compulsory rotating internship at this hospital as a part of MBBS. I have worked in various departments including medicine, surgery, OBG, paediatrics and alike. The sphere of my duties includes assessing patients on the floor or casualty, informing the senior on call and initiating or maintaining the treatment as appropriate; accompanying senior colleagues at daily rounds and carrying out the orders. I have also assisted and performed various major and minor procedures like simple airway manoeuvres, trauma management, thoracocentesis, defibrillation, abdominal paracentesis, limb immobilisation, arterial and venous sampling, suturing, minor I&D etc.
