PMSI is a Cost Containment program through clinical expertise, analytical tool and proven customized solutions. PMSI acts as a third-party vendor and doing business transactions with pharmacies and carriers (Payers). It deals with claims management system, validating the eligibility criteria and billing system. PMSI will map the proprietary eligible file and create a layout for the input received from the different clients. We will reduce the time and cost for processing the claims. All the transactions will be done electronically. PMSI will process transactions for both in-network and out-of-network pharmacies. In-network pharmacies bill their claims through electronic system and out-of-network pharmacies bill their claims through paper. Once eligibility validation done, the data will be transferred to PICK system for adjudication process
