DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY

Accomplishment routine and non-routine task card in accordance with the customer maintenance program.

Performs inspection, creating non-routine cards of all major and minor discrepancies of F-15 C/D aircraft.

Performs replacement of craddle on vertical stab, longeron in fuel tank 1 and boron repair in torque box vertical stab.

Operates any kind cutting machine, milling and lathe machine.

Performs cut, trim, file, bend of a repair doubler and skin of the aircraft as per manuals.

Performs drilling precision and countersinking holes according to structural repair manuals.

Removed and installed floor panel, sidewall panel, partition, galley, lavatory, seat tracts and ceiling in both cabin and cargo compartment.

Performed removal and installation of hi-lock, rivets, cherry max and any kind of fastener.

Performed heavy structural modification as per SRM fabricated seat track, angles, doubler, shims and web.

Local manufacturing or fabricate structural parts according to the repair manuals.

Read as well as interpret blueprints, illustrations and also specifications to define layouts or identity relationships of parts.

Performs composite repair.

Determines damage, unsatisfactory and unsafe condition present in aircraft.

Performs evaluation of damage like; (scratches, dents, corrosion, cracks, gouges, debonding, delamination and any type of structural and composite item.)

Performs removal and installation of components/parts on the aircraft.

Performs temporary and permanent repair for lightning strike.

Performs Pylon modification.

Performs outer wing modification.

Performs minor and major repair / temporary and permanent repair.

Performs maintenance check (S1, S2, A-check, C-check, D-check) on A340, A330, A321, A320, A319, ATR, B747 and B737.

Performed sealing and de-sealing fuel tank works.

Accomplishes modification on cargo compartment, cabin and fuel tank.

Prepares documentation, reference and other paper works that may be needed on the task card.

Maintains a clean and neat working area at all times and follows all company’s safety rules and regulations.

Executes all work assigned in an efficient and cost-effective manner in order to help maximize the utilization of the company’s resources of manpower, materials, equipment and facilities.
