Responsible for supervision of staff, training of staff, in-house training for all software products. I managed the scheduling of staff to ensure customer’s calls, tickets and support concerns were handled in a timely manner and all scheduled support hours were covered. Worked with customers across the board for all their software needs including billing and software training. I worked with all departments on project work and any needed reports.
