Achieved 100% pay out of incentives and retention goals to associates. Supervised Manufacturing, Maintenance, Materials Management, Laboratory, Human Resources, and Accounting. Maintained ISO 9002 certification.

Achieved over five years without an OSHA lost time injury and three years without an OSHA recordable injury or illness. Managed an operating budget of $8 million. Exceeded budgetary goals by maintaining actual cost to 95% of budget. Consolidated the plant activities to other manufacturing facilities, on time and within budget.

Oversaw a $2 million capital budget, which included the installation of three new machines, a 50% replacement in capacity. Maintained staff at 90% of budget. Extrusion yield improved from 95.1% to 96.2% for 2001.
