Project Description: Worked on a project for online Policy management for Commercial Property. It is a web based application accessed by existing and potential customers. After logging in, the module provides the facility of payment of bills, review of policies and information about new policies. The module also provides free rate quotes for commercial Auto, Business Owner, and Financial Institution. This position Works as a liaison between developer, product managers, compliance and end-users. Provides business knowledge and technical support to successfully implement system changes.

Responsibilities:

Involved in coordinating and participate in project reviews, revisions, production problem corrections, enhancements, and usability testing.
