“Janis is well known in the SharePoint community, and for good reason. Her longevity in the field and depth of skill has provided her strong connections and a community following. As Director of our Training Division, she demonstrates leadership and adherence to quality in providing strategy, managing staff, overseeing P&L and guiding material production. Additionally, she combines unique and diverse abilities that have allowed us to use her to ‘pinch hit’ in a variety of challenging client engagements. When taking over a failing Information Architecture Project for a large client, our Services Director has reported that she’s produced some of the best work we’ve seen come out of this company. Janis is one of those people who can see the larger picture and will ‘make it work’. I will be sorry to see her leave i3solutions. November 20, 2012 ac3zg1@r.postjobfree.com Janis Hall 773-***-****

Louis Dinelli, SVP i3solutions

“I can't believe we found Janis and she actually agreed to work with us! She is a fabulous instructor, a great technologist and an even better person with whom to work. She is detailed, honest, personable and very likable. I would encourage anyone who has a chance to work with her or to sit one of her classes to do so. You won't be disappointed.” July 8, 2008 Bill English, Chairman, EBA, Mindsharp

Janis is the consummate professional. She was a key member as we established the "Women in SharePoint DC" chapter. Janis also is a tremendous addition to conferences where her teaching skills and ability to connect with her audience shine through. She thoroughly understands her subject matter and is able to convey it effortlessly. I look forward to my next opportunity to work with Janis. December 12, 2012

Deanna McNeil, Lead Systems Administrator, Learning Tree I was initially impressed with Janis Hall's enthusiasm, communication skills and professional demeanor when I had the opportunity to work with Janis this year when doing our own SharePoint install. During the time Janis and I worked together and she consistently demonstrated all of these qualities and more, and I heartily endorse her for any SharePoint Consultation, Education, Adoption, Governance and Taxonomy positions. Janis is reliable, dedicated and eternally upbeat. Her ability to keep calm when things are going badly is unparalleled, and it is because of her excellence in this area that I repeatedly asked for her help during some very trying times when our SharePoint install wasn’t going to plan. Janis multitasks effectively and is able to handle a high-volume workload. She consistently met or surpassed all of the goals we had set, and her daily written reports were accurate and thorough.

Of particular value to me as an IT manager was Janis's team player mind-set, enthusiastic embrace of change, and unwavering commitment to exceeding client expectations. I regularly received unsolicited praise from those that worked with us commending Janis's outstanding level of service, professionalism and follow-through.

Organized and diligent, Janis quickly learned technology systems and software that were unfamiliar to her when she first started helping us. Janis is a hardworking, top-performing SharePoint professional. She has my highest recommendation, and I am happy to furnish more details if you would like additional information.
