In the Inventory process, segmenting the books into chapter wise in the end user tool. Converting hardcopy books to RTF by scanning the entire books and converting to PDF format. Then converting the PDF files in to RTF files and send to the XML conversion process.
In the Online QA process, the XML files are sent to the client to put the book online. After that online error checking will be done and once the errors are corrected in the XML file it will be send back to the client for pre-releasing the book online
