I am also more than proficient in MS Word,Office,Excel,Access,Outlook etc. I can type over 100 wpm and I have supervised over 175 employees at one time. I have a vast amount of experience working an ACD as well as working with older generation computers designed for holding vast amounts of data such as the AS400.
