Grew practice from the ground up with no revenue and no patients to annual revenues of $1.8 million and approximately 15,000 patients. Managed all aspects of daily business and clinical operations, including marketing, advertising, human resources, hiring, customer service, employee benefits, budget management, policy and procedure development, quality control, new business development and capital improvement projects. Led team of 40 staff members in delivering high-quality patient care. Significant oncology and rheumatology experience.

Medical Director:
Created a hospital outpatient fitness center, Hunterdon Health and Wellness Center and served as director from 1997-2016. Worked closely with hospital administrators to develop the initial business plans. Wrote medical protocols, screened all applicant's health records for exercise clearance, recommended and helped implement new programs, created health care policies, attended Board meetings, and delivered presentations to audiences of all sizes on various health topics. Success of this new facility led to a second facility opening 2 years later.
Chairman of Hunterdon Healthcare Partners:
Helped to create and later elected to serve as chairman of this large, multi-specialty Integrated Delivery System which entered into agreements with 150 physicians and Hunterdon Medical Center. This organization improved quality metrics and leveraged negotiation outcomes with health insurers, resulting in better contracts. Also entered into agreements with several Accountable Care Organizations such as Aetna, Blue Cross / Blue Shield, which provided significant cost savings and increased revenues.
