-Managed the flow of goods and services inside and outside the company. Also responsible for warehousing of raw, finished and work in process products.
- In charge of: Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and management reports; Supervision of warehouse staff; overseeing incoming and outgoing releases.
- Formed the team that implanted the Toyota System Production in the company. Worked with Kanban cards at the plant and mapped a productive flow of the processes.
