I have a long history of outstanding customer service and above average organizational and scheduling skills. I am particularly adept with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, and Google applications such as GCal and Google Drive.

I have strong experience with client communication in person, over the phone and via email. I recognize the importance of prompt and efficient customer service, and its positive effects on my employer’s reputation.
