• I changed the way the BI development and production teams communicated, bringing more information, transparency and collectivity spirit to both teams, influencing the BI area culture to create guidelines facilitating production support, offering inputs to maintain service quality.

• Led the first BI project in the new environment, following new development standards, including the usage of Informatica Power Center tool. During this challenging project, my team encountered many unpredictable situations, but it was possible to find the best solution to deliver the project with success.

• Led the BI pilot project executed in a specific region of Sao Paulo, to understand the consumption pattern in the region's restaurants, stimulated by SMS promotion to the users. In a sample of 200K registered users and 400 restaurants, the results were 6% increase in consumption in partner restaurants, 21% increase in the average ticket for Alelo.

• Built the commercial planning area’s Dashboard, containing expected and accomplished revenue, so that the area could daily control and adjust plans to achieve their goals.

• Standardized the BI user access defining the request process according to the company standards and norms.

• Translated business needs into technical solutions, ie. created functional and technical specifications of the company's financial control project, containing large groups of information: profile, order, electronic invoice, billing and fees, validating 6MM records/day.

• Built Data Model using star and/or snowflake schema.

• Developed and delivered BI solutions creating attributes, metrics, filters, consolidation, mobile dashboards, MicroStrategy distribution services, user security administration and access, data discovery, reports, dashboards and ad-hoc.

• Design and maintained ETL process with 5MM daily processed records, 982 DW tables, 305 DM tables. The DW had 3.5 TB of information registered, 330 Stored procedures and 70 ODI process, data load of 8MM users, 490K commercial stores and 100K customers.

• Followed and executed project deployments (Development, Staging Area, Production).

• Maintained existing projects: 18 MicroStrategy projects, average of 2500 report extractions per month. One of the projects I developed had about 5 million active users.
