• Responsible for Strategic Planning, Capital & Expense Budgeting, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, Lean Initiatives, and Safety Performance for the Consumer Products Business Unit.

• Monitor day-to-day manufacturing activities and provide oversight.

• Ensure synergy between all the various Tech Group facilities manufacturing Consumer/OTC Products, and that all corporate financial targets, operational objectives, and customer required deliverables are met at each facility.

Plant Manager - The Tech Group, Frankfort, Indiana

Tasked with building and starting up a high speed, large cavitation, injection molding facility, including post-molding assembly operations, from scratch. The operation was established in an older facility that needed to be completely re-constructed. I personally selected all key staff members and oversaw the re-construction efforts. I was also tasked with the development of all business relationships with customers, the qualification of all new programs, and achieving quality system milestones such as cGMP Compliance, ISO:9000 & 13485 Registration, and HACCP Certification.
