My work for Academy was as the Business Analyst for the warehouse integrating warehouse processing with the implementation of the Oracle RMS system process to manage their business unit. But at my request I was integrated into the SQA team during function testing when testing fell behind schedule.

My job was to define the warehouse business process for change and integration with the stock order pool messaging flow from the RMS system. This included engaging all stakeholders SME’s and users in requirements gathering, process definition, full documentation and testing as well as change management personnel for integration of the system to users.
