Project duration: 2 months( April-June 2016)

Objectives: To identify the important factors which are associated with job satisfaction of the employee at GNRC Hospital Dispur.

Key learning: Conducted a comprehensive study on the recruitment process of GNRC Hospitals to identify and measure the impact of various modes of employee selection. Also identified the training needs of the staff and was involved in training delivery and design. Had a first-hand experience of salary disbursement and calculation of various employee perks and their provisioning.
