Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for the Overall plants Operation & maintenance proficient with process control instruments (Pressure, temperature, differential pressure, vibration, flow, level parameters).

Leading a team of foreman and technician briefing them their daily work and monitoring the progress at a closer level, Solving the constrains and liaison with client to their satisfaction.

Attending meeting with client for discussing constraints and progress at site and conducting the weekly meeting with instrument team of Supervisors and foreman allocating the job to instrument foreman and assigning the manpower.

To carry out calibration and maintenance servicing of all types of field instruments such as Pressure, flow, temperature, level, Vibration, gauges, switches, transmitters, flame detectors, recorders, Analyzers, control valves, regulators, and converters.

Responsible for Day to day maintenance of all instruments & Calibration of the electronics and pneumatic instrument.

Responsible for Preventive, Corrective/Breakdown, Shutdown maintenance activities.

Coordinates with relevant personnel in the Operation and Safety Dept. to obtain permits to work and Ensures the provision of materials and equipment required to undertake maintenance work.

To monitoring and allocation of works to the subordinates, Maintaining works and work ensure safe work

Routine maintenance, scheduling and modification work.

Troubleshooting and rectification with minimum down time.

Responsible for preparation and execution of preventive & corrective, breakdown and shutdown maintenance work and handling on/off control, PID control, cascade control, ratio control.

Servicing and calibration of Smart type transmitters, Thermocouple, RTD, Temperature controller, Pressure switches, Level switches, SOV's, Positioners, Booster relays etc.

Installations and commissioning, testing of Instrument systems and equipments. Responsible for Erection and commissioning activities like cable lying, loop checking, startup.

Able to read and implement P&ID drawing, hook-up drawing, loop drawing, wiring schedules and cabling etc.

Level Trolls of TOKYO FST-3000, ABB FISHER,MAGNATROL Uses for Interface measurement of crude and Water Separation.

VALVE : Control valve of,Fisher, Abb, EControl, On-Off valve, Overhauling and Repair, Assembling Hydro test, Leak test and Calibration.

Valve Positioners : I/P-ABB, Honeywell, Positioners of ABB TDIZ, ECARD, SEIMENS, Pneumatic Positioners Fisher all types DVC 6010,6020 & 6030, .

Well head Control Panels : Pneumatic type - Delta, Baker, WOM, Hydrolic Type -Cameron Willis, Overhauling and Repair in Work shop and at wells.

Solar Powered Panel for Remote Telemetry Unite servicing and, Routing check for Marat wells in KOC Oil Field.

Organizing and conducting the weekly safety meeting with the help of instrument team of supervisors

Honey Well SFC, MTC202 windows based communicator, Hart communicator 475, ABB communicator, mA source and Pressure calibrator of Fluke, ultra sound leak detector, vibration monitor TK3 & Multi calibrator Scandura B10/IS.
