Collected the data requirements from all the national level client companies. Produced customized company reports, using advanced excel spreadsheets, to compare the national numbers to the local market level on their books of business. The reports were used to monitor and adopt best practices for all sites.
Prepared monthly and quarterly revenue reports illustrating commercial and hospital revenue trends. These reports allowed management to compare year over year costs and how service fees compared to medicare fees which increased yearly revenues.
Developed a fee schedule model to use in comparing various health insurance fees with medicare. Consequently, end users had reliable and timely fee information to negotiate with clients.
Created a unique internal coding system to accurately report the monthly AR balances for key commercial insurance accounts. This significantly improved the account collections and the relationships and loyalty of the client companies.
Developed 'upon request' ad-hoc reports for insurance companies including United Healthcare, CIGNA, Aetna, & Kaiser. Reports included comparing medical products by volume units and cost, key financial and CFO requests, and other product pricing comparisons.
