To a shop producing work at or below budget. Restored a shop unable to produce projects on budget or schedule, to a profitable production center.

Utilized training on Toyota manufacturing techniques and training from Kennametal Inc. on Lead Manufacturing and Six Sigma, to design new manufacturing lines which included a “Just in Time” system that maximized space, allowing for two additional production lines utilizing the same workforce.
